Is Cartagena safe for solo female Travellers?

There are other areas of Cartagena that are perfectly safe in the daytime but shouldn't be navigated alone at night. There are of course the no go areas of Cartagena where you wouldn't go and where tourists don't go. This is no different from any other city in the world.
